According to Netcraft's Research, which measures and makes available the response times of 50 leading hosting provider's sites. Measurements are made at fifteen minute intervals from seperate points on the web, with averages calculated over the preceding 24 hour period.
Netcraft rank their top ten by fewest failed requests as opposed to shortest periods of outage. New York Internet has consistently rated well in the monthly survey, topping it nine times since 2003.
