LyonsHost.com is the web hosting site for Lyons Digital Media, a Tallahassee Design firm since 1991. Our first website was launched in 1992. Lyons Digital Media won an Addy in 1994 for brochure design and a Communicator Award in 2000 for book design. Sales and Customer Support can be reached at any time by email, the user forum or voice mail. Telephones (850-942-9442) are staffed during business hours, 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday. Voice mail is checked at regular intervals during off hours. One of our staff is always monitoring support requests and new online orders even when the office is closed. All of our domain hosting accounts include the CPanel domain management system running on Red Hat Linux servers. All of our users have access to PHP, and Perl scripting languages. We also include both MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. Our name servers are monitored 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. The system has been maintaining 99.9% uptime. Additionally, our web servers are equipped with both uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) and diesel generators in the event of power outages.
