They say the customer is #1...
They say the customer is #1, yet every time I've had to put a ticket in, its been 3-4 more e-mails before they even half fix it. Their owner has a "leave us alone" approach to handling customers, and hides behind his e-mail, rather than trying to fix the problem and communicate with his customers. They also state they are devoted to complete professionalism. I'd call them crooks instead.
