Providing a reliable service is something that we take to the extreme. Our systems administrators have over 9 years of experience with network administration and are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When a problem occurs, one of our systems administrators is notified immediately. If you notice a problem with one of our systems, you can be assured that a system administrator has already been notified and is working on having the problem solved ASAP. In addition to maintaining servers, our network administrators are directly involved with serving our clients at the Help Desk. We don't have any low-level technical support staff that is crippled in the amount of help they can provide. All support tickets are responded to by our systems administrators. Not only does this cut down on delays and confusion, but more importantly it makes sure that problems are solved on the first try and do not happen again. You will notice that our hosting plans do not include "unlimited" bandwidth or massive amounts of storage space. A lot of web hosts oversell their resources in this manner, which is unfortunate because it can lead to massive problems down the road. We do not take this approach because we believe it is too risky and dishonest. Our plans may cost more than some competitors, but we think you will find that the reliability and level of support you receive from us will be well worth it.
