When we started this business, we believed web hosting is a service allowing people to visit and use your website at any time and from anywhere. Describe your target market?
We mainly target people with personal and small business websites, non-profit organizations, etc. Our clients are price sensitive, but are not willing to compromise with the service quality. Most of them use Open Source blog and CMS applications for creating their websites, and we are one of the few hosting providers, who provide them with specific technical assistance related to these applications.
How is your company planning for the future?
For the next five years, I see a constant growth in the features, reliability and security we provide. Also, I’m convinced that the expensive hosting providers have no future. SiteGround is going to keep the unbeatable level of price/quality ratio and I’m sure our share on the web hosting market will grow significantly.
