How is your company planning for the future?
We will setup sales office in the US, UK, CA, and AU in the next 5 years.

We already have web developer for each dedicated server for we know internet could involve with lots more complexity for just every account user. We also include dedicated server manager and project manger for one dedicated server for better quality control. In the future we will only make the dedicated server team more solid than any other hosting companies would possibly provide.
How do you support your customers?
We assign one dedicated server to serve a maximum 150 accounts. In order to get a better control, we provide one dedicated server manager, sales, server technicians, web developer team, and one project manager. We also provide automated triple backups, 1 2nd hard drive and 2 remote locations, to prevent the possible incidents from our side or users side.
