RelicHost is a service provided by AeonCube Networks a UK based company, headquartered in London. Our company aims at providing a large number of professional services in the following fields of activity: web hosting, web design, web development and quality customer support.
Since 2002 we have been working with some of the largest companies such as Intel, eNom, hyperspin and many others to help our services become one of the leading in the UK.
What unique selling points do you offer?
Our policy on never overselling as set us apart from many other hosting providers as well as providing 100% free support & advice around the clock. Our aims are simple when many others make them over complicated with to much technical talk, we just provide the best we can give and thats the best you will find.
Describe the services you offer?
The term 'Web Hosting' is a service but the key thing that defines good web hosting is the providers intentions, as many are only to make money and not care about their customers we have a steady flow and continued increase in customers. So we would define our web hosting as good as it gets.
Describe your target market?
We like to think that we can host any sort of website from small personal portfolios to full blown international corporate websites, we treat each customers differently and make sure the individual or company has everything they require.
We will never turn down a challenge to host a web site and we will go to great lengths to make sure we offer the very best.
How is your company planning for the future?
Well we started out in 2002 and still growing strong, with more international companies deciding to use our awarding winning services we believe our next major step would be to setup another office in the US or maybe another in Europe. We are also looking to get into partnerships and with our current partners: Intel and eNom we are sure to build on these relationships.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
I have always believed if you tell the truth and give it all you got then your effects will show. I also think when people come to our website they should see we have tried to think of every thing from who will be registering their domain name, what features are included, support, partners who can also help, where to host large files and so on. We like to think we can offer the full package but also offer our clients a place within a family, as RelicHost is managed & owned by AeonCube Networks thats a large family already with a great community support for designers / developers and so on.
How do you support your customers?
We now offer a range of support services to meet the demand of modern days with 24/7 live chat & server monitoring, 24/7 support staff on standby to answer all emails & support tickets. As well as offering great hosting support we also have a UK based called centre to answer customers/clients questions and ensure they get the very best out our network.
