Imagiserv.co.uk was born from a team of developers that got frustrated with bad service, slow and unreliable servers, not to mention support staff that just didn’t give the time of day even when it was their own problem. Imagiserv.co.uk is a fast growing shared hosting company with Servers based in Data Centers in London and soon to launch in the US. With an award winning team, our company likes to try and put our clients first and continue to receive emails on a daily basis about the fact that the staff always seem to go that extra mile. With packages as little as £7.95 per month and a host of features made available, why choose any other?
For those companies or individuals that want a presence on the web but don’t have the experience to design and build their own site, we also have a web development team that will be happy to design, create and launch your website.
What unique selling points do you offer?
We invest heavily in our servers to ensure the client is always looked after.
Describe the services you offer?
Web hosting is a facility to allow businesses the chance to host their information on a server provided by us, but its not just about a server, its about the way the servers actually host the information.
Describe your target market?
Anyone in the world that requires good hosting facilities, with either no or minimal downtime.
How is your company planning for the future?
We have clients all over the world, but do hope to see more servers made live in other parts of Europe and also the US, thus giving our overseas clients an even better service, not to mention help their rankings throughout the web.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
Any web developer that has its clients' interests at heart and not simply a budget will be interested in what we offer. With an abundance of apps that can be installed by the developer to aid in most areas of web development, along with secure, reliable and fast servers, it’s a must for all good web developers and companies.
How do you support your customers?
Our support service does depend on the hosting pack that is taken, however we have just introduced a new ticket system within our control panel which will make it easier for our clients to log a support request. We accept and deal with support issues via the phone, email and now the new ticket system. The ticket system is by far one of the best ways of requesting support, simply because it allows an issue to be looked upon by a number of staff, quickly and efficiently and so far we are seeing that it is fast becoming the preferred way of logging a request because of the speed of resolving or assistance.
