What unique selling points do you offer?
We don’t provide our services to everyone! Only those that actually want web sites or email services online, not a huge amount of disk space for file sharing or huge forums that take up more processing power than they should. We never over sell our services and don’t charge with setting up or domain modifications.

Businesses are our main focus. Small to medium enterprises make up the majority of our clients but we have a lot of user sites (Package 4) and hobby sites (Package 3) as more and more people see the potential of having a web site or web email system. We have several sites setup purely for Photo Galleries too, allowing the clients to upload photos of their wedding or holidays for sharing with friends & family.

How do you support your customers?
We have an online support system that informs us of any issues with our servers as well as a portal for clients to create and track support requests left with us. As support goes we only average 1 call per client every 3 months! 99% of the sites with us don’t need much support as our clients tend to have sites that rarely need much involvement from us.
