Web hosting is a service, free or paid, which allows the client to host their own websites, backed with support and reliability. That’s my definition of a good web hosting service.

We target those running personal websites and small to medium sized businesses.
How is your company planning for the future?
No one can predict the future. However, in 5 years we hope to become a medium-sized hosting company with ~100 staff. We’re here to stay.

How do you support your customers?
We provide on-demand technical support which includes basic web site issues, payment and installation of scripts. We are considering adding a dedicated paid phone support line in the future which will allow clients to get one-on-one, personal support.
