What unique selling points do you offer?
We stand different from the rest because we treat each of our customers independently and exclusively. We also focus more on quality service delivery like reliable server uptime and satisfactory customer support.
Describe the services you offer?
Hardware, software, and most importantly customer support. We focus on our customer need’s and are always going the extra yard to keep our customer’s happy.
Describe your target market?
Our target market is people who are serious about growth. No matter if its a professional site or personal site. I have talked to many business people and have asked them why don’t you get a website? Some respond " I don’t know, i don’t need one i don’t sell anything" I simply smile and let them know they don’t only just have to sell things but it’s a great way to promote them self’s . I also give them an example. " Why does Mc Donald's have a website? They don’t sell cheeseburger's online. They Laugh. (laughs) So sometimes people do see why they need one and those are type of people are who we also target.
How is your company planning for the future?
We will definitely still be here so don’t worry about that. I see my company expanding in every way and just taking web hosting to a whole other level. Semo Web Is here for the long haul.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
I would answer that the one single thing that makes our company different is that we never stop improving our service offerings, and we continually strive to reinvent ourselves. Our permanent goal is to do things faster and better than our competitors, and at a lower overall cost to our customers.
How do you support your customers?
Support in my eye’s is what makes a surpass hosting company that’s why we are proud to say we offer 24x7 phone support. We also have email support, ticket support, and live chat support but if ever our customer’s needed to contact us they know to contact us by phone and we will be right at their side.
