What unique selling points do you offer?
Our primary goal is to offer quality service that rivals expensive providers at a fraction of the cost. We're fanatical about a few things: service, reliability, price, and experience. The experience for the customer has to be good: this means user friendly. We spend a lot of time on the small details to perfect the experience.
Describe the services you offer?
We focus on offering VPS services. That's it. To keep things simple, we only offer three plans. If you want something else, we can usually add to those plans and create a customized solution, but the vast majority of our customers pick one of the three.
Describe your target market?
Customers range from hobbyists to businesses demanding flexibility and uptime. We have a wide range of customers and we believe we are well-suited for everyone.
How is your company planning for the future?
We constantly invest in upgrades and new technology. Part of my work is to explore new opportunities in making the experience better. I try out new software, panels, scripts, and more. If I see something that's good, we try to implement it into the experience.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
Customer service and support are a given thing. Many companies can offer this. Not many companies can integrate the whole experience and make it seamless. Nor will many companies spend the time diagnosing what is wrong. We don't do canned answers for our support tickets; everything is personal and handcrafted.
