JF Designs began in 1990 as a desktop publishing company. Today they offer a full suite of digital services that include web design and web hosting. JF Designs is committed to bringing the best personal and business class hosting experience to professionals and consumers around the world through its services and Internet offerings.
What unique selling points do you offer?
Most hosting companies compete on numbers. How much RAM, how much Hard Disk, etc. We strive to put the customer experience first. That means that we make sure that their business needs are not only met, but anticipated. We work hard to ensure nothing less than 100% customer service satisfaction with all of our clients. We know each one by name, not by number. We do all of this at the same competitive rates or better than anyone else.
Describe the services you offer?
Web hosting is obviously about placing content on to the internet. The way each company accomplishes that is what defines each company. JF Designs believes it involves not only world class servers with state-of-the-art backbone connections to the internet, but world class service and support.
Describe your target market?
JF Designs realized there was an under-serviced business sector. The small to mid-sized business. It seemed to us that high quality design was reserved for big corporate budgets of more than $20,000. But what about the company who has a great idea, service or product, but has a limited budget that is less than the big corporation? JF Designs fills that niche by proving high quality design, hosting and service to this target business audience, at very affordable rates. Our clients want the best, and are willing to pay for it.
How is your company planning for the future?
We want to be the best now, and in 5 years. We are going to do that by always keeping the customer first. This is not only our mission, but business practice. We will grow in service capacity and in our client base, but only with a continued focus and priority on our customer.

We offer 24 hour email based technical support, and a toll free number for live technical support. Our web site also has a search engine that will answer 99% of our clients questions concerning their account.
