What unique selling points do you offer?
All of the above and we provide every customer a static Dedicated IP address. We do not do it any other way. We strive on providing a business grade service and not a general hosting service. Thus we are always seeking new enhancements that a small business would want and try to adapt it into our hosting solutions and have our customers self install it through the control panel. We define web hosting as the ability to be the storage provider of your business and or application. This can be a simple website uploaded to our server, or a complete full function software application on a your own server in our data center where we provide you the connectivity, power, and space, to make it happen.

Our target market is small business looking to grow on the internet and or have been on the internet and are now seeking to go to the next level. Our target market and customer is a business looking to enhance and increase market share. We are not the family web hosting blog provider.
How is your company planning for the future?
We are revolutionizing the web hosting industry and in 5 years we will be providing managed services, and applications such as virtual pbx’s, fully automated commerce solutions, ability to push out software to a clients desktop. Rebel Networks for example in the next 12 months will be adding about 5 key functions that customers have asked for. While most hosting companies are looking to decrease prices in anticipation of Google entering the hosting market, we are seeking ways to add more value and functionality to a business customer by offering a business grade service and functionality.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
The primary reason is we work with web developers and create a custom solution from them. We do not have a real standard reseller package and we do not offer unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth reseller options. Lets face reality, space is never unlimited and if I choke my bandwidth and say its unlimited you cant squeeze much out. That is why we provide each customer with their own dedicated IP address and control panel. This allows a web design to work on a web site and show the customer his work on a static dedicated IP address that can be made live later. – This makes the job of the web designer easier. We also can provide that web designer a full automated hosting solutions that covers billings, support, credit card processing, etc – as a result we work with each web designer and develop a package for him that he can use and grow with us.
How do you support your customers?
We provide full support to all our clients. This not only includes email and web portal support but as well as phone support. We cover any aspect of hosting as well as occasionally cover some issues with coding, internet access, or related issues
